Tunbridge Wells Renault dealers awarded for industry excellence

    Lifestyle Renault, the Tunbridge Wells Renault retailer has been named a Dealer of Excellence by the French car-maker.

    The dealership on Langton Road earned the distinction after an in-depth in-dependent customer care evaluation by global market research experts J.D. Power.

    The evaluation focused on the experience of new car servicing to customers and saw the performance of each dealer in Renault’s UK network measured in two ways – first a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey and then an extensive on-site audit for the top performing dealerships.

    Only 20 dealerships nationwide, including Lifestyle Renault, achieved the highest standards to receive Dealer of Excellence status.

    The service team at Lifestyle Renault received their award from Renault UK Managing Director, Ken Ramirez, at an event last week.

    Glen Warner, Service Manager at Lifestyle Renault, said: “Looking after our customers properly and ensuring they experience the very best of Renault every time they visit us is at the heart of our ethos.

    “The criteria for this award were very strict and J.D. Power’s scrutiny was in-tense so knowing we are rated as ‘excellent’ and amongst the very best in the country is a great testament to the whole team here at Lifestyle Renault.”

    Congratulating the dealership, Renault UK’s Head of Network Quality and Training, Steve Whitcombe, said: “Renault launched the groundbreaking J.D.
